Avid Sports offers considerable flexibility on how a facility can engage its services. Avid Sports work with the clients to create a scope of works that represents the desired deliverables, timeframes and budget. Avid Sports can be engaged on the following bases:

• By Project – Avid Sports will work with the client to frame the issues relating to the project, enabling a scope of works to be prepared that details the key deliverables, project timelines and associated budget.
• Retainer – Avid Sports can be retained on a monthly basis to provide a range of valuable resources to the facility and its management.
• Operator Agreement – Avid Sports can be retained through a long-term agreement to run the day to day operations of the entire facility.
